How it works
Requests sent through this site go to the engineering and panel team at Electrol Systems, Inc. (Cincinnati), which engineers or reviews the drawings, builds, programs, and tests the panels, and supports them through startup.
Every panel is held to the same standard:
- Built as approved. No substitutions without your written approval.
- One point of contact. Weekly updates and questions in writing.
- Tested before it ships. A signed test record with every panel.
- Punctual engineers. We show up when we say we will.
